We use quality methods to produce and provide quality products at the highest level. We are proud of our product offerings. We place heavy emphasis on quality control. To ensure our products meet the standards for asphalt materials as defined by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), we became a member of the Asphalt Institute, an international association that serves users and producers of asphalt materials through programs of engineering service, research and education.
Our manufacturing process produces a 50:50 ratio of 60/70 Penetration Bitument and VAcuum Gasoil also known as low speed diesel.
Our facility allows us to produce other penetration grades fo Asphalt used in highway construction including 40 – 50, 85 – 100, 120 – 150, 200 – 300 and Performance Grade Bitumen. These penetrations can be provided on request.
The plant’s capacity to produce Emulsions and Cutbacks is over 40,000 barrels per annum.
